Each plot shows linear regression analysis for an individual transcription factor identified as over-expressed in both paediatric and adult YSTs (versus germinomas), using data from the 16 paediatric malignant GCT samples with matched mRNA and microRNA expression profiles. In each graph, mRNA levels for the transcription factor (y-axis) are plotted against the matched median expression value for the five main members of the miR-302 cluster, namely miR-302a~302d and miR-367 (x-axis).
