CRAM ligands CCL5 (50 ng/ml) and chemerin (50 ng/ml) did not induce cellular migration by themselves; CCL25 (100 ng/ml), a control ligand to exclude CCX-CKR involvement in our observations, was also not able to induce MEC-1 chemotaxis, CCL19 (100 ng/ml) was used as a positive control (2 independent experiments done in triplicate. Data shown are means + SD, analysed using Mann-Whitney U-test). B.
