B, mRNA expression of FBI-1, MT1-MMP, MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in FBI-1 depleted cells (upper panel). Western blot analysis of the expression of FBI-1 (as detected by anti-FBI-1 antibody) and MT1-MMP in FBI-1 depleted cells (lower panel). C, Concurring with findings shown in Figure 3C, reduction of cell proliferation following FBI-1 knockdown was found exclusively in OVCA 420 cells with intact p53 function.
