Effect of sulforaphane (SFN) on the growth of ovarian cancer cell lines with and without paclitaxel. Cells were cultured for indicated time intervals with various concentrations of the SFN. Cell growth was assessed by CCK-8 cell proliferation assay method. A and B are MDAH-2774 and SkOV-3 cell lines respectively. Graph is expressed as a percentage of control (DMSO treated cells) and represents the mean of triplicate cultures. C.
