SCLC cell lines are resistant to TRAIL treatment and differ in expression of TRAIL receptors. (A) Cleavage of PARP was analyzed in H69, H82, U1285, U1690, and U1906 cells treated (72 h) with TRAIL (100 ng/ml). An equal loading was verified using anti-β-actin antibody.
