IRF5 binds to α6-tubulin and alters F-actin bundling. A) MCF-10A cells were transfected with myc-tagged α6-tubulin plasmid. Expression of α6-tubulin is shown on the left. Lysates were split into two equal amounts of protein for IgG control and endogenous IRF5 IP. Immunoblot from IP is shown on the right. B) Representative images of F-actin staining in the indicated 231 cell lines. Nuclei were counterstained with DAPI. Scale bar equals 10 μm.
