Effect of intestine-specific CaSR knock-down in vivo on EMT-associated genes in the colon. Colons sampled from CaSR ^−/− (CaSR^int-KO) and CaSR ^+/+ (CaSR^WT) mice were investigated for protein expression of mesenchymal markers αSma, N-cad, Snai1, Snai2 and Vimentin.
