Increased DNA methylation and increased sensitivity to DNA demethylation of ARG72 carrying HCC cell lines. ARG/ARG cell lines are often more resistant to methylation-sensitive DNA restriction than PRO/PRO cells that usually yield weaker signal in qPCR.
