(E) Western blotting analysis of FLJ10540 and Aurora-A expressions were determined in paired HNC patients. Total proteins were extracted from adjacent non-cancerous and tumor tissues and probed with polyclonal antibodies against Aurora-A and FLJ10540. β-actin was used as a control.
