Immunostaining of αv integrins in 9L cells. Cells seeded on coverslips were fixed and immunofluorescence stained using rabbit anti-αv-integrin primary and goat anti-rabbit AlexaFluor-488 secondary antibodies. The αv integrin-associated fluorescence is shown in green and nuclei (DAPI) in blue. Experiments were repeated three times. The mouse C2C12 myoblasts were included in this experiment as negative control for αv integrin expression
