Each cell line was injected in one of the two flanks of each mouse. After 15 days, tumors were harvested, weighted (a) and their volume (b) calculated using the formula [length × width2 × 0.4]. A total of 12 tumors were analyzed for each cell line. n.s. = statistically non-significant
