The expression of p-SMAD2 is up-regulated in human ovarian cancer. a The level of p-SMAD2 was shown by IHC in human ovarian tissue-sections with p-SMAD2 antibody followed by Alexa Fluor-488 (green) of normal (i; n = 20) and ovarian tumor (ii; n = 20), out of which 15 samples are of high grade and 5 samples are benign. The DAPI-stained nuclei and the merged images were also shown. b The negative control images represent the staining in presence of secondary antibody and DAPI but without primary antibody.
