Decreased NF-κB activity is involved in A20-induced downregulation of Twist1. a-b Indicated cells were cotransfected with NF-κB promoter-luc (0.5ug/well) and pRL-TK plasmids (20 ng/well). After 24 h of transfection, cells were serum starved overnight followed by treated with or without TNFα (10 ng/mL) for additional 12 h, and cell lysates were prepared to perform a reporter gene assay.
