Dasatinib blocks the TGF-β1-induced generation of cells with stem cell character. a Panc-1 cells were treated or not for 14 d with TGF-β1 (5 ng/ml) and either DMSO or dasatinib (10 μM) followed by qPCR-based determination of the indicated stem cell-associated genes.
