Migratory cells were quantified by counting three separate fields in different wells. The migratory ability of MHCC-97 L/CTSB cells was remarkably increased compared to that of MHCC-97 L/Con and MHCC-97 L cells. b Effect of CTSB down-regulation on the cell migration of MHCC-97H cells.
