Table 3 Analysis of blood parameters upon DAT1 treatment. Swiss Albino mice were injected with DAT1 as given in the methods section. After 3 months, serum ALP, ALT, AST, BUN and creatinine levels were determined according to manufacturer’s protocol. WBC and RBC count was taken using hemocytometer.
