Gene chip assay for differently expressed genes in EC9706 cells treatment with Bit1 shRNA or negative shRNA. EC9706 cells were transfected with Bit1-shRNA or negative shRNA, and cells were subjected to gene chip assay. Data were annotated using the SAS Analysis System and filtered by signal intensity and detection call. Gene expression fold changes were compared between Bit1-shRNA treated and negative-shRNA treated cells. *P < 0.05, differently expressed genes between two groups were considered as statistical significance
