Compound 6 reduces MCF7 tumorigenesis in vitro and in vivo. a Compound 6 demonstrated a significant concentration dependent reduction in MCF7 invasion from 100 nM (***P<0.001). b MCF7 cells were propagated in BALB/c nude mice and subsequently treated with compound 6 (100 mg/kg) over the course of 29 days, indicated by black arrows.
