Identification and expression of the fusion gene Variant 2 Rad51C-ATXN7 by RT-PCR. A total of 67 colorectal tumor RNA (T) and their corresponding non-tumor RNA (NT) were isolated and RT-PCR amplified to identify the fusion gene. The RT-PCR amplification using primers specific for Variant 2 produces 288 bp fragments when run on 2 % agarose gel. 18 s Ribosomal rRNA was used as loading control
