In ACD, notch signaling is activated in one and the other is inactive. b AsPC1, AsanPaCa and PANC1 cells in 1:1 mixture of tumorsphere medium and matrigel were seeded in a 24-well plate and allowed to polymerize. One milliliter of plain tumorsphere medium without treatment or 50 nM miR-NC transfection mixture or 50 nM miR-200b-2p transfection mixture or 50 μM quercetin was added to the CO, miR-NC, miR-200b-3p and Q groups respectively. The resulting tumorspheres were passaged for 3 generations
