Exosomal lncRNA-UCA1 derived from hypoxic bladder cancer cells promotes more aggressive phenotype of the neighbour cancer cells under normoxia and drives bladder tumor growth and development via EMT and MMP. Moreover, exosomal lncRNA-UCA1 in serum may serve as a potential non-invasive biomarker for bladder cancer diagnosis
