CCAT2 regulates the expression of miR-21 and miR-145 in colon cancer HCT-116 and CR-HT-29 cells. Quantitative real-time RT-PCR (qRT-PCR) showing that overexpression of CCAT2 by stable transfection of pcDNA4/CCAT2 plasmid (a and c) downregulates miR-145 and upregulates miR-21 in HCT-116 and CR-HT-29 cells (b and d). Downregulation of CCAT2 through transfection of si-CCAT2 (e) or by CRISPR/Cas9 (f) increased the expression of miR-145 and negatively regulates miR-21 (g and h).
