HAGLROS promotes GC cell tumorigenesis in vivo. a BGC-823 cells transfected with Ctrl shRNA and HAGLROS shRNA were injected respectively into nude mice (n = 7), which were killed by carbon dioxide euthanasia 20 days after injection. b Tumor volumes were calculated every 3 days beginning 5 days after injection.
