Pathway alterations induced by MAP17 overexpression. MAP17 overexpression causes an increase in glucose uptake and Notch pathway activation. NUMB interaction with MAP17 allows for activation of the Notch pathway, while the increased glucose uptake together with the OXPHOS imbalance drives increased ROS production, changes to glycolytic metabolism, and activation of the AKT/PI3K pathway
