Regulate function of SChLAP1 in PC. Firstly, SChLAP1 and miR-198 can be suppressed to each other. The interaction of SChLAP1 and miR-198 represses the connection between MAPK1 and miR-198, thereby significantly inhibits the phosphorylation of MAPK1.SChLAP1 could promote PC cells migration and invasion byincreased the expression of VEGF, MMPs, Ki67 and PCNA. SChLAP1 could negatively regulated the expression of Caspase-3 and Caspase-9, thereby repress PC cells apoptosis. In addition, SChLAP1 can interact with the SWI/SNF-complex to resulte in cancer progression
