CircRNA expression profiles in gastric cancer tissues and paired normal gastric tissues. a. The length of most circRNAs was less than 1000 nucleotides. b. We confirmed the higher levels of circNRIP1 in the SGC-7901, BGC-823, MGC-803, AGS, MKN-45 and HGC-27 GC cell lines relative to GES-1 cells.
