Molecular targets of m6A regulators in various signaling pathways. Individual members of m6A ‘Writers’, ‘Erasers’ and ‘Readers’ target specific RNA transcripts of cell signaling molecules causing activation/inactivation of various intracellular signaling pathways that play important roles in cancer. Targets of specific m6A regulators are indicated by the colors corresponding to the regulators. Molecules targeted by more than  one regulators are indicated by the ‘stars’ colored according to the regulatory proteins involved.
