STAT5A mutation increases the PD-L1 overexpression in the presence of GM-CSF. A A proposed working model to illustrate how GM-CSF induced disease progression in ENKTL. STAT5 mutations in ENKTL increased the auto-phosphorylation of STAT5. JAK2 hyperphosphorylation combined with STAT5 mutations led to aggressive up-regulation of PD-L1 expression after GM-CSF treatment, which could induce disease progression in ENKTL
