Knockdown of circEYA3 suppresses tumor growth in vivo. A. Stably transfected PANC-1 cells from different groups were inoculated into BALB/c nude mice to establish subcutaneous xenograft tumors (n = 5 mice/group). Representative images of tumor-bearing mice.
