Knockdown of circCHST15 inhibits the growth and metastasis of RCC cells in vivo. A-D 786-O cells stably transfected with sh-control or sh-circCHST15 were injected subcutaneously into the left axilla of BALB/c nude mice. Tumor volume and weight were dramatically decreased in circCHST15 knockdown group. E HE staining and IHC analysis of EIF4EBP1, Vimentin, N-cadherin and E-cadherin expression in subcutaneous xenograft tumors. Knockdown of circCHST15 could up-regulate E-cadherin and down-regulate EIF4EBP1, Vimentin and N-cadherin expression.
