The binding of SERPINH1 to c-Myc inhibits the ubiquitination and degradation of c-Myc, leading to CAMSAP1 pre-mRNA transcription and back-splicing under the action of SRSF10, forming a positive feedback on circCAMSAP1 production, resulting in proliferation, migration, and invasion of NPC
