m6A modification strategies for NK cell-based immunotherapy. During the production of CAR NK and iPSC-derived NK cells, several approaches targeting the m6A modification can be used to increase expansion in vitro. They include lentivirus- or retrovirus-mediated gene delivery of METTL3, YTHDF2, and SHP-2; short hairpin RNA interference targeting Tardbp; and m6A editing machinery that manipulates the m6A site in Ptpn11 mRNA.
