Nanoparticles (NPs) encapsulating m6A modification molecules can specifically target TAMs. NPs that deliver Mettl3, Mettl14, or Sp red2 mRNA or Irakm siRNA specifically into TAMs can reprogram the macrophages from the M2-type to the M1-type.
