Southern blot analysis of AAV2 genome replication in breast cancer cell lines. Southern blot analysis to detect 4.7 kb AAV2 replicative form monomer representing active genome replication in AAV2 infected (A) MCF-7, (B) MDA-MB-468, (C) MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells and (D) nHMECs. A total of 5 μg of total DNA was then detected with AAV2 genomic DNA as probe as previously described [46]. One hundred nanograms of total DNA isolated from cells was used as loading control (bottom). Results shown are representative of three individual experiments. t, time; +, AAV2 infected; -, control.
