  1. AsPC-1, BxPC-3, and Capan-2 cells were treated with anti-β1 integrin antibody, FAK siRNA, or control siRNA and incubated for 24 h, and then detection of apoptosis was performed by TUNEL assay and flow cytometry. Statistical significance was tested by one-way analysis of variance and post hoc test (Turkey Kramer multiple comparisons). All data are expressed as mean ± s.d. There was no significant difference among these treatments.
