The localisation of BACs RP11-381D2, RP11-110D4, RP11-195G14 and RP11-336H14 is based on previous contig maps from the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute (dotted line), since these are removed from the minimal tiling-path in Ensembl. *BAC RP11-122G18 is not present in the array.
