Cells transfected with siRNA targeting p38 MAPK show significantly increased proliferation in the presence of 4 mM Ca2+. T3M-4 cells were transfected with control or p38 MAPK siRNA, as shown and were cultured in medium supplemented with 4 mM Ca2+. The proliferation of each population is shown relative to that of untreated cells over 48 hours.
