MiR-661 was upregulated in NSCLC and associated with poor prognosis in NSCLC patients. QRT-PCR was used to measure miR-661 expression in human samples and lung cancer cell lines. a. Relative miR-661 levels in 50 cases of NSCLC tumors and adjacent tissues. b. Comparison of miR-661 expression between NSCLC cancerous and adjacent tissues. c.
