Overexpressed EZH2 transcriptionally regulates TCA related genes such as IDH2, to enhance the TCA cycle, which promotes metabolic rewiring in OC cells. Small molecules trigger EZH2 degradation, rather than catalytic inhibition, to suppress the transcription of TCA-related genes and significantly block OC growth in vitro and in vivo
