HT29 cells were transfected with four different siRNA sequences against B) NONO and D) RALY. As controls, cells were transfected with a non-specific siRNA against the green fluorescent protein (GFP). Responses of three oxaliplatin concentrations (out of eight tested) are shown. EC50 for each transfected siRNA is also indicated.
