Knock down of NONO and RALY with specific siRNA molecules in SW480 and HT29 cells. Cells were transfected with the indicated siRNA molecules and 96 hours later proteins were extracted for Western blot analyses. SW480 and HT29 cells were transfected respectively with siRNAs against NONO and RALY. SiControl represents non-specific siRNA molecules. In every blot, β-actin was used as loading controls.
