B) Growth curves of SW480 cells transfected with siRNA sequences against NONO (siNONOa), RALY (siRALYc), or a scrambled control siRNA molecule. Transfected cells were plated in 60 mm petri dishes and live cells were counted every other day with a hemacytometer.
