The chemosensitizing effects of doxorubicin in combination with sFZD7 are expressed as the sensitivity index (Mean IC50 value for doxorubicin alone/Mean IC50 value for doxorubicin + sFZD7). Independent T-test was used to compare the IC50 values of doxorubicin alone or in combination with sFZD7; * P < 0.05 in both cell lines.
