All tissues are perilesional sections from multiform glioblastoma, colon carcinoma, lung cancer and thyroid cancer. The nuclei positive for the antibody are in brown and the tissues were counterstained with hematoxylin (O.M 40X). B) Pre-adsorption experiments using the recombinant RECQ1 protein on normal colon tissues. Immunostaining against RQ-FL antibody in colon tissues before (1) and after preadsorption with the full-length recombinant RECQ1 protein (2).
