Anti-CD73 antibody significantly inhibits the growth of pre-established MDA-MB-231 breast cancer xenograft tumours implanted into nude mice. MDA-MB-231 cells were implanted into mice at 3x106 cells/mouse and tumours were allowed to progress to 70 mm3. The anti-CD73 antibody or an isotype control antibody were dosed intraperitoneally on days 1, 5, 8, 12, 15, 19 and 22 (indicated by arrows). Each study group contained 10 mice.
