Comparative analysis of target protein expression in LNCaP sublines in different treatment conditions. Western blot analysis of the target proteins identified using TargetScan and miRDB online prediction tools for a particular miRNA (shown in Table 2). Total proteins from -104S cells untreated and treated for different times, and -104R1 cells untreated were used for immunoblotting using anti-cbl (A), -p21Kip1 (B), -TRAF6 (C), -ZFAND1 (D) and –IRAK1 (E) antibodies.
