AGK promotes the tumorigenicity of breast cancer cells in vitro and in vivo . (A) Anchorage-independent growth assays of AGK-overexpressing cells and AGK-silenced cells. The number of colonies with a diameter larger than 0.1 mm was quantified after 10 days of culture. (B-D) Xenograft model in nude mice.
