CS-6 suppressed cell colony formation and migration. (A-B) Human A549 and H1299 cells were treated with CS-6 at the indicated doses for appropriate time. (A) The tumor cell A549-induced colony formation was also analyzed, and the colony formation rate was calculated. (B) Cell migration was analyzed by a wound-healing assay. A549 and H1299 cells were seeded in 6-well plates and grown to full confluence. Cell migration was measured as described in Section 2, and the migration rate was calculated.
