E and F) Osteogenic differentiation was confirmed by Alizarin red S (E) and Von Kossa staining (F). Red coloring in Alizarin red S and black nodules in Von Kossa staining respectively, indicative of calcium and extra matrix deposits produced by ADSCs. ADSC = adipose derived mesenchymal stem cell.
