Cell cycle analysis in HCT-116 cells treated with MNNG. HCT-116 cells were treated with different concentrations of MNNG for 50 h. Cells were harvested and analyzed for cell cycle profile by FACScan analysis. The ranges of G0/G1, S, G2/M, and sub-G1 phase cells were established on the basis of the corresponding DNA content of the histograms. The data is representative of three different experiments carried out independently. The G0/G1, S, G2/M and sub-G1 cells are given as a percentage of the total counted cells.
